Madrassah Fatima Tu Zahra observes the following scheduled holidays according to Hijri timetable:

In case of unexpected closures due to emergencies such as inclement weather or technical issues, parents and students will be notified as soon as possible through the designated communication channels.

Compliance Attendance

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually, adhering to the scheduled timings for both online and onsite sessions.

Unexplained Absences:

If students do not attend classes due to long periods of unauthorised absences, a meeting will take place to discuss further action.

Parental Responsibility

Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child attends classes on time and notifies the madrassah in advance of any planned absences or scheduling conflicts. Parents and guardians are responsible to ensure their daughter is collected on time from on-site Madrassah.

Feedback and Suggestions Open Communication

Parents and students are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions regarding class timings, holidays, and any other related matters to help improve the overall learning experience.

Friday self study with class which is a requirement for all students to join.

Absence/Holiday Form.

  •  Only authorized individuals listed on the student’s registration form are permitted to pick up or drop off students.
  • Parents/guardians or authorized individuals must present valid identification upon arrival for pick-up or drop-off.
  • Pick-up and drop-off will occur in designated areas specified by Madrassah Fatima Tu Zahra to ensure the safety and security of all students.

    Password Protection: Passwords for accessing online platforms and resources will be securely managed and regularly updated to prevent unauthorised access.

    4.  Privacy and Confidentiality

    Data Protection: Madrassah Fatima Tu Zahra will adhere to all applicable data protection regulations to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of student and staff information.

    Confidentiality: All personal information shared during online sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality by instructors and staff members.

    5.  Emergency Procedures

    Emergency Contacts: In case of emergencies or urgent situations, contact information for parents/guardians and local authorities will be readily available to staff members.

    Emergency Response Plan: Madrassah Fatima Tu Zahra will have established protocols for responding to emergencies, including natural disasters, technical failures, or any other unforeseen events that may arise during online sessions.

  • Upon enrolment at Madrassah Fatima Tu Zahra, there is a one-time admission fee of £20 per student.
  • The admission fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of enrolment to secure the student’s place in the
  • Monthly tuition fees for each student amount to £60 per calendar
  • Fees are due on the first day of each calendar
  • A late fee of £10 will be charged for payments received after the due
  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online payment portal as specified by Madrassah Fatima Tu
  • Madrassah fees are non-refundable except in cases where a student withdraws from the madrassah within the first month of enrolment. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued for the remaining tuition fees
  • Any changes to fees, discounts, or payment policies will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance through official channels, including email, letters, or notices posted on the madrassah’s website or notice
